Moravia Class of 1936 Commencement Events Planned

The Moravia high school will honor its largest class with a fortieth annual commencement in the school gym next Tuesday May 12. Activities begin with a junior senior banquet, followed by a chapel program at 8 45 Friday featuring awards and readings. Moravia reached the county tournament semi finals by routing Moulton 6-1 but lost 2-1 to Mystic in a well played game on Saturday morning. Blackman pitched well for Moulton and Dotson starred on the mound for Moravia though late hitting left them short.
