Moravia Council Oils Streets Vote Ends in Tie
Moravia Iowa July 18 1927 the town council met in special session to decide oiling certain streets. After hearing a talk from Mr Paris of the Iowa Road Building Co a yea and nay vote tied 2 2 1 mayor Winsler cast a nay breaking the tie and deciding streets will not be oiled this year. Meeting adjourned.
