More than three fourths of estates approved maternity care programs by the Children's Bureau for wives of men in the lowest four armed services pay grades. Programs cover pregnancy through six weeks postdelivery and the child’s first year. Other items include gasoline ration changes, co op stock replacement, recording restrictions, berry prices, and May employment placements. Casualties, road traffic shifts, and farm supply rules are also noted.
