Moravia Welcomes New Pasteurizing Plant and Dairy

Moravia opens a 400 quart per hour pasteurizing plant run by Mr and Mrs Newton Long. Milk is pasteurized at 143 degrees for 30 minutes with no cooked taste. Public welcome to visit. new state law will require pasteurized milk soon. The plant uses a 100 gallon vat and 400 quarts can be cooled and bottled in 20 minutes.
