Real estate assessments reveal mixed changes from Clemenshaw firm
Real estate assessments are being mailed by the county assessor with some properties showing two to two and a half times increases while others stay roughly the same. The Clemenshaw firm will host representatives to explain figures, and taxpayers may appeal to the board of review or district court if needed. If all assessments double, taxes may not rise much due to lower mileage.
