Unimportant Cogitations by Inez Faber
A reflective wartime diary piece notes reading MacInnes on Brittany and the Pied Piper, contrasts rural life moving to town, and a farmer’s family effort to support the war. It touches on snow, drought, cold snaps, animal water, croquet, winter joys, a Dutch Oven lid accident, and forgotten New Year’s resolutions.
