Moravia plans a March 6 meeting with Brown Engineering Company of Des Moines to discuss a modern water and sewer project. State Health Department endorsed the plan after a visit, stressing adherence to health specifications and urging council attendance.

A card party at the Lloyd Clark residence featured sandwiches and coffee. High score went to Mrs. Frank Tarbell, low to Mrs. Merle Dicks. Attendees included the narrator, Mrs. Gilbert Callen and family, Mrs. Merle Dicks, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Sheldon, and others.

Various Sunday calls and visits extended among Tadlock, Arnold, Scott, Mullin, and Knapp households with multiple local relatives attending events and a horse sale in Albia.
