Reynolds observers describe a Milwaukee derailment Sunday night with sparks from a boxcar area and a few thundering noises before the train halted. Wheels and a bearing overheated, the axle burned, and the scene showed sleet and rain as cleanup crews moved gear onto streets, causing damaged sidewalks. Division Assistant District Engineer W. J.
