Free man Johnson funds two lighted Christmas trees for Moravia park near the Community Service Honor Roll. In Appanoose County Christmas Seals fund tuberculin testing in schools and follow up care. Since 1933 clinics in Centerville Mystic and Moravia tested 827 students, with 93 x rays financed by seal sales. The plan shifts TB testing costs from 100 to 300 dollars per school funded by seal sale revenue. One fourth plus 125 dollars goes to State and National funds. the rest stays in the county for local use. A Christmas Seal on every letter is urged by County Seal Sale Chairman Mrs. Roxa Miller. In Moravia testing clinic, 20 people received the test. not all reactors have been X-rayed yet, with completion planned soon. The total program cost is about 800 dollars from Seal Sale funds.
