Moravia water tower ready for use in four-county system
The west Moravia Region 6 tower of the Rathbun Regional Water Assn is completed and painted, with connections made but some lines to be checked. It will be filled from Albia’s system since the Rathbun dam treatment plant isn’t due to be completed until next summer or fall. Raritan residents expect a full briefing on the system tonight by director Kenneth Owen, marking chapter two of the project.
