Wilson Family Reunion near Galva Iowa is Held
Seventy-one relatives and friends gathered at the E F Wilson home on Sunday August 14 for the annual Wilson reunion. A long shaded table groaned with a bountiful dinner prepared by Wilson women as winds blew lightly. Oldest member N G Wilson died July 25 last year, many memories easing the loss. No marriages or births were recorded. James William Cline and Don William Raines attended with their babies. E F Wilson elected president for life, Mina Dowd secretary treasurer, and the Wilson home named as permanent meeting place. 16 gallons of ice cream served at four oclock. Relatives and visitors from Canada Iowa and Illinois attended, many names listed.
