On Sunday afternoon June 5 in Davenport the Legion Frolic and enrollment fund an upcoming Mooseheart summer camp. The event features a closed circuit broadcast with full color photos and tape recordings of camp facilities and kids talking about last year. It honors Legionnaires for contributing over $100000 to the project.
Carl Willhauer becomes member of the Iowa City Lodge No. 1096 25 Club in May. Newton L. Mulford and C. H. Wilson attain life membership in the Fellowship Degree.
Governor Clarence Wilson announced a June enrollment for the Moose Lodge at 8 p.m. Wednesday June 8 following his installation. The aim is to form a large 1960 61 year class and boost membership in the ongoing campaign inviting friends neighbors and coworkers to join and enjoy benefits.
Members are urged to check their green receipt to ensure continued good standing. The notice stresses that dues are due by June 30 and urges timely payment to avoid lapse in status.

In a current membership drive, members earn half a point for re enrollments and one point for each new member. The first prize is a 171 piece Shakespeare Fishing hit, while the second prize offers a 40 piece quarter inch drill set.
