Clifford Anderson and Vernon Tay of Mooresville led a group of nine local entrants in a pig club contest at the Indiana State Fair opening week. Competing against about two hundred boys, the Mooresville pigs earned four fourth prizes totaling about 380 dollars in winnings.
The Library will open each school day at 12 15 to allow Adhool children access at noon. Afternoon hours stay 12 15 to 5 34 and evenings 4 36 to 8 30. Saturday hours are 3 60 to 11 00 morning.

Jap Jones remodels his store to let customers pick goods themselves from a table with clerks only wrapping items and making change. He notes over 500 packed grocery items and about 450 self service stores nationwide with 76 in Indianapolis. Jones is unique in Morgan County.

Everly estate foreclosures. Calvin sues Sleighters for deed with motions and defenses filed.
Elihu Morgan states he now has a good horseshoer at his shop and can shoe all kinds of horses and mules in a satisfactory manner.
