Social at Friends Church Tuesday Evening May 25

The Friends Church hosts a social at the church on Tuesday evening May 25. The Missionary Society presents a program with a playlet How Not to Have a Missionary Meeting and special music. Percy Calvert of Los Angeles was summoned to Indianapolis for his mother's serious illness and may remain until summer. He was seen in Greensboro on Monday. Mooresville Drama Club to aid American Legion Post funds

The Mooresville Drama Club will stage three one act plays next Wednesday and Friday, May 26 and 28, at the Library to benefit the local American Legion Post which has over fifty members and seeks funds for club rooms and quarters.

Lawrence and family visit Kokomo relations

Library hours resume with afternoon and evening sessions

The library restarts regular hours, opening afternoons 1 to 5 30 and evenings 6 30 to 8 30, except Friday evenings, with Saturday mornings 9 to 11.
