Celebration planned for new town park Coliseum
The coliseum at the new town park is ready and a full day Fourth of July celebration is under discussion with local citizens subscribing funds for fireworks. Will Gilaspy, a lumber mill worker, was killed Friday when a planing error caused a loosened board to strike him in the chest. Funeral services were held Sunday with the Red Men conducting a grave-side ceremony. he was survived by a wife and five children, his mother Mrs. Jane Gilaspy, two sisters, and other relatives.

High School Operetta Snow White Draws Packed Audiences
