Ruth Milhon presided over a Wednesday meeting to decide outdoor sports for entertainment. Absent students due to illness expected to make up work for the past six weeks.

The Delphian Chapter Moor Isville announces an open meeting to be addressed by Mrs Demarcus Brown on Saturday March 24 in the library auditorium. Mrs Brown has eight years as a Delphian member, helped organize another chapter and leads both groups.

Sam Walk pleaded not guilty in circuit court to the charged murder of Ford Haase at Mt Zion church. trial set for March 19. Ralph Neal tried in Morgan County Circuit Court on a charge of possessing intoxicating liquor. He was found guilty by a jury, fined 100 dollars, and sentenced to 90 days at the State Penal Farm. The case involves alleged gift of white mule whiskey linked to Clyde Dagey, deceased.
