Uncle Henry Taylor invites folks to Garfield Park for the Taylor family reunion on Sunday August 14. Attendees will meet friends share jokes and enjoy an early start with preparation for grub and travel as they verse a rural themed gathering.
Miss Mary Yeager of Martinsville and Mrs Daisy Whertey of Gainesville visited family friend Mr and Mrs Dc R Wilson. A picnic supper followed at Bethany Park with Mrs Laura Reinehart. Also notes on Jesse Wilsons Colorado Springs trip and Delberts mountain trip, plus local baseball news and small town notices.
Entries for the Morgan County Livestock Show are arriving at the County Agent's office for the Davis Cooperage Ware House event on West Pike 8 Street, set for September 1 to 3. Entry deadline is Saturday afternoon August 20.
