New Years Reception at Bay View Club Highlights Music
Bay View Club held a New Years open house from 3 to 6 pm at Miss Elizabeth Scruggs home. Nearly one hundred ladies attended despite bad weather. Tea room led by Mrs. Carl White and Mrs. W. A. Von Canon. music by Cyrilla Humes, Miss Frost, Harold Wilding, Clifton Furnas. Encores followed with selections from Tosca and Beethoven. Musicians and Miss Scruggs later dined at Moore's restaurant.
