Row mars game at Weller's hall sparks Mooresville clash
A High School game between Manual Independents and Mooresville area players ended in a brawl after a dispute over time keeping. Horace Rusie was fined five dollars and costs totaling about twelve dollars after pleading guilty. The incident drew in local Mooresville residents and the hall owner, Mgr Geo Asseller, who halted the disturbance. No teachers were blamed since the game was organized by students during teachers' holiday.
