Mrs Ami Freed Dead After Long Illness
Mrs Ami Freed died last morning at North Platt street after an illness of seven months. The funeral was held Sunday at 2 o clock from the Christian church with Rev. Khan Daniels officiating. Burial followed at Riverview cemetery. Freed, born November 21, 184?, aged sixty-two, was born in Ohio and moved to Monticello about thirty years ago before settling in the city. She is survived by her husband, her mother Mrs Anglia Keller of Idaville, two sisters, and brothers in Obie, Idaville, Camby, and Montana.

Mars Gingrey Engle died after a stroke suffered Sunday and passed away at her daughter Mrs J McCann’s home. The service was held Friday at 2 pm with Rev Elvin Daniels and Rev T Z Bassett officiating. Interment followed in Monticello cemetery. Born October 25 1842 in Lancaster County Pennsylvania she was the daughter of Henry J and Elizabeth Gingrich and married Jacob Engle in 1862. Surviving are four of ten children: Mrs J De Me Cann Monticello Mrs George E Cooper Denver Simon Engle Tulsa and Landis Engle Areola Hinvis.
