Wm B Brown of Dallas County notes cattle behave frenziedly under a mad itch, with steers wedging heads under barbed wire to ease the itch. By Monday morning he had lost twenty valuable steers valued at about $1,009 to $1,800 and foresees potential further losses from his large herd.
