In Jones County Iowa plaintiff J Harvey S Richardson sues Nirena Warriner Warriner city of Monticello and unknown claimants over Lot 8 in the railroad addition Monticello. The petition claims open adverse possession for over thirty years and seeks establishment of title with costs, informing defendants to appear by November 2 1917 or face default. Herrick and Reed represent the plaintiff.
