Commander Ballingyoon and Salvation Army plan continental congress for posts nationwide.
The 124th annual New York Chamber of Commerce dinner at Delmonico's honored President Elect Grover Cleveland with speeches by Whitelaw Reid Depew and others. Attendees included Dr Depew and Attorney General Miller. Orr presided. Cleveland urged cooperation among interests to boost national prosperity and avoid trampling others.
