J F Marsh mayor of Kinsley Kansas died after being shot Monday night while leaving his office. Police describe two suspects William Decatur and Carl Slater from Kingfisher Territory. They fled south toward Indian country as a posse pursues. Authorities expect a raid on Kingsley bank and have offered large rewards.
