September term 1805 district court Jones County Iowa. George McKeever plaintiff against Lowell State Bank garnishee J W Arduser and Michael Moox defendants. Arduser warned to answer by Sept 25 1905 or default and judgment may be entered. Attorney J W Dodge represents plaintiff.

Illinois Central offers through Tourist Sleepers via Omaha to Denver for the International Ep worth League Convention. Sleepers depart Delaware July 3 at 8 47 A M with round trip from Delaware to Denver at 22 40 and one way double berth 42 50. Tickets valid to July 14 with extension to August 8 on Denver ticket deposit. Reservations before July 1 with J F Merry in Dubuque Iowa.
