Cascade Woman Dies After Stroke In Dubuque Sanitarium
Catherine Foulks Koppes of Cascade dies at St. Josephs sanitarium Dubuque April 19 following a stroke. She leaves husband William Koppes two sons Lloyd and William and two daughters Inez Laura. Funeral held at St Martins church with Requiem High Mass. Survivors include a brother Reverend Foulks of Chicago and uncle James Foulks of Cedar Rapids.
