Vogel, in the old building with a decorated interior. Afh na Kerry, who died in Dubuque, native of Tavsembure, had lived in Cascade for thirty years. Funeral services at St. Mary’s Cascade and Mt Calvary cemetery noted.

The community mourns Dr Hugh Livingstone longtime Hopkinton physician and druggist died last Saturday at noon He was the oldest continuous resident of the town and a Scottish era pioneer He married Hattie Steward in 1901 and left two daughters His funeral was held Tuesday under Masonic auspices with Burns Lodge Monticello and Rising Sun Lodge Hopkinton officiating

Monticello high school students win debates and honors, while Hopkinton Hi suffers a 26 25 loss to Monticello after a season of earlier wins. Delmar starts a new newspaper edited by Mayor Babcock named The Journal.
