The board recommended cash gifts of 100 to the Iowa Lutheran campus mission project and to the national Lutheran nurses guild.
Rosemary Barron daughter of Mr and Mrs J R Barron 301 North Cedar Monticello has earned honor roll distinction for the first semester of the 1956 57 school year at Marycrest college Davenport where she is a freshman majoring in elementary education Her campus activities include the French club Women s Recreational association and the Apostolic section of the Sodality.
Frances Ferring of Monticello travels with the Iowa Wesleyan Tigerettes on an away swing to Kansas City and Graham Missouri for games Monday and Tuesday nights.
