Monticello VFW Flag Display Volunteers
Monticello veterans in the VFW have spent about six years putting up and taking down flags in the business district for Flag Day. The Greater Monticello committee provides the flags, and a pickup truck rig aids access to the poles. The group works daily to honor Old Glory and earn local praise.
