Can a tenant farmer have electricity on farms
Edgar Beach, manager of the local cooperative, explains that tenant farmers may receive electricity with owner farmers. A $10 membership makes premises wiring possible, with owners responsible for wiring and other costs. Wiring increases property value and may lower fire insurance, aiding tenant quality. Typical wiring costs range from $50 to $150 per farm depending on wiring extent.
