Monticello Man Charged With Marijuana Possession
Steve McVay, 20, of Monticello, was arrested by Officer Larry Loots for OMVAS after a 2 a m Saturday stop on N Gill St. He was later charged with possession of marijuana and held until 10 a m release on a 450 bond. No preliminary hearing set.
