Tips on Carpet Buying Through Fiber Facts and Blends
Beatrice Brock explains carpet choices by fiber type and blends. Cotton wears and soils easily while wool is warm and resilient. Rayon offers color and cost advantage but less resilience. Nylon is durable and easy to clean, often blended for abrasion resistance. Acrylics give resilience and wool like appearance. Judge by predominant fiber and care needs.
