Graduation Week Closes Monticello Public Schools
The Monticello public schools marked graduation week with alumni events at the Presbyterian church and Monti cello Country Club. The Class of 1921 heard talks on achievement and duty, heard a state university speaker on rebuilding after war, and received diplomas from Superintendent P. C. Shelley. Isabel Thompson, wheelchair bound, earned her diploma after five years with tutor support and plans to attend college.
