Reva White resigns as democratic member of Jones County old age pension commission and is accepted. R J Bone of Monticello to serve again on the commission and Nona Brainard Terhune of Wyoming named to the unexpired term of Reva White.
By Harms the resignation of J A Mulvihill registrar of vital statistics district 637 be accepted and Mrs James Kotilinek of Oxford Junction appointed to fill vacancy. Motion carried. Treasurer authorized to cancel penalty on deliquent personal taxes charged to J A Hartman Anamosa per compromise agreement under 97193 bi Code of Iowa. Motion carried.
