Raymond F. Mullen 62 a WWI veteran and Hopkinton resident was found dead in his car in a Marion garage near his home on December 27. He left his mother’s home earlier that day to take his car for repairs and was later found with the ignition on and the motor run out of gas. He served 18 months overseas with the 88th division and moved to Marion in 1943. He is survived by his mother two sisters and several nieces and nephews. Burial was at Hopkinton Cemetery with services at the Hopkinton Presbyterian church.
