The body of Robert R. Mercer of Pittsburgh, missing since December 21, was found buried under three feet of earth beneath the new Cleveland City Hall under construction. Police say Mercer was murdered.
St Paul editor reports Carl R. Gray president of the Great Northern Railway will resign soon and may join the New York New Haven & Stamford road. The rumor has gained confirmation.
