Banker's $100 Fine Over Insolvent Deposit Case

Olin banker ER Snyder, heavily in debt with liabilities over 100000, was sentenced by Judge Preston last Tuesday to pay a $100 fine and the costs after pleading guilty to receiving deposits while insolvent.
