A fire destroys a home of W J Adams, with substantial uninsured losses and human distress.

The Board of Education met in Mosticesmo Iowa on December 19 1878. Members present included Wright, Maulton, Phibipa, Wales and Dares. Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
