August Carstensen Sr Dies After Brief Illness
August Carstensen Sr 75 died Monday morning at Mercy hospital Ana Mos a following a brief illness. Born February 24 1873 in Schleswig Holstein Germany he came to America at 18 settling in this community. He married Katherine Petersen in 1902 and lived on farms before buying Franks farm on the east edge of Wyoming 36 years ago. Survivors include his wife eight children and 12 grandchildren. Funeral arrangements not set.
