Quieting Title in Jones County Estate Case
Harbison Orr seeks a fee simple title to sections 28 33 and 34 in township 85 north range 1 west of the 5th P M and asks that all adverse claims be barred and the title be quieted. The petition details prior conveyances by Is L Barney J P Scott Sarah Campbell Marcus Perry Alvah Buckingham and John Anderson and their spouses with various quit claim deeds and lost records. Orr claims open notorious possession for over ten years under color of title and prays for final decree establishing ownership and barring all others from claim.
