Black Walnut Furnishings From Historic Wyoming House
Mrs. W B Briggs has built a grandfather clock and an English desk nearly all black walnut from a Wyoming house built in 1867 where she was born. The two pieces, made by Raymond Eckhart of Marion, required about 200 hours of labor and feature rough inside surfaces, natural oak trim, and window casings as legs.
