Great Jones County Fair to Open in Monticello for 7th Anniversary
GREAT JONES CO FAIR Monticello to celebrate seven ty first anniversary of the Great Jones County Fair August 20 21 22. The event fills Monticello City Park with livestock exhibits racing events auto and motorcycle races vaudeville stages and a large midway. Premiums exceed six thousand dollars with judges from Cedar Rapids and Des Moines and top acts like the Elliotts and Campbell and Jackson expected to attract crowds.
