Monticello City Council Discusses Budget and Permits

Monticello council met in regular session led by Mayor Behn. They approved funds transfers and filed clerk and treasurer reports, authorized helmet purchases for the fire department, and tabled Vanourny's second addition plan. Parking violation notices were to be summonsed for nonpayment.
