Property owners and others must cut weeds on vacant lots and adjoining alleys in Montezuma before September 15 1922 or the Board will perform the work and add the cost to taxes. Owners may save costs by doing the work themselves. By order of the Town Board and Board of Health.
In the September Term 1922 of Parke Court, Gertrude F E Chezum sues Charles E Chezum. No 8677. Plaintiff files affidavit showing defendant is a non resident and a necessary party. Action to notify him of pendency. trial set for October 27 1922. if no appearance defense will be heard in his absence. Clerk Carrie Pickard seals the notice. Attorney J M Johns.
