Decorations with potted plants and an American flag provided backdrop as many young performers shared their talents. A collection was taken for an orphan home in St. Louis with a liberal response.

Mr Guy Harper of Indianapolis and Miss Esther Kennedy of Terre Haute married in Rockville on Saturday June 9 1923 by Rev S K Fuson. The bride is daughter of J A Kennedy and the groom son of Mrs Daniel Carter. They will live in Indianapolis where the groom works as a mechanic. The Enterprise offers congratulations.

Dr. Casebeer reportedly sick and in Union hospital Terre Haute. Blanche Ingram of Parke county spent the past week with sister Mrs. De Aikers. Mrs. Allie, James and Mrs. E. E. Douglas made a Terre Haute trip Tuesday. L. O. Ingram and Tilman Malone were in Dana Thursday. Mrs. E. E. Douglas shopped in Clinton Tuesday. Mrs. Monroe Watson entertained guests from Terre Haute Sunday.

Merchant Dies in Dana After Long Career with Brother
Dar Andrews, a prominent Dana merchant, died at his home Sunday morning. The funeral was held Wednesday at 2 pm. He began in the business with his half-brother Wm Rhoades in 1886 and, in 1901, started his own thriving venture. His son-in-law Raymond Mouser joined his later years. He was a Methodist and a member of the Modern Woodmen lodge.
