Court Revokes Will 15 in Complex Glascott Case
A Wisconsin court ruled the will of A. J. Glascott was revoked by subsequent events including marriage and adoption of a child. The decision denies probate and holds the signature on the document genuine but nullified by later changes, with testimony from David S. Glascott and others detailing family tensions and prior discoveries of the alleged will.
