Monroe police report Woodrow James and Frances Clarke as the missing children of Callie Reed after their father James P Clarke alias A Williams abducted them from Dayton four years ago. Clarke and his wife Irene and their son Oscar vanished following a court custody order. Inspector Heap says authorities await Dayton court guidance before releasing the boys to their mother.
