Parish High School Announces Senior Class Diplomas

Initiation and Officer Installation of Dialectic Society

The Dialectic Literary Society held its annual initiation at City High School after a start at Miss Patricia Kaplan’s home. About thirty candidates endured the ordeal, marching through DeSloyd and Grand streets in line except two honored members who rode in a white and gold cart. The ceremony at the school followed the procession with the installation of officers and a dramatic send off implying a cemetery impression as the candidates prepared to depart.

Death of J. J. Doyle of Vicksburg Miss
