Body Identified From Wreckage
Fingerprint tests identified the second body from the Bed II exploration boat wreck as Harry Gerald Kitchen 30 of Brevard North Carolina. The other body was Woodrow Moore 51 of Greenville Mississippi. Two others are missing and presumed dead. Nuclear budget Paris UPI reports 25 percent of the 1968 military budget.

Washington UPI reports Louisiana will get 1,132,760 for four Youth Corps projects approved by Secretary Willard Wirtz. The funds support work experience for in school out of school and summer youth ages 16 through 21. Projects include Community Advancement Bat on Rouge 310 enrollees 186,670 Lafayette Parish School Board 916 enrollees 3486,820 Jefferson CAP Metairie 290 enrollees 170,880 and South Delta CAA Vidalia 500 enrollees 288,390. Total program cost 25,968,020 with federal share 22,081,210.
