The EPA announced mileage data for about 80 percent of 1974 model cars testing fuel economy. Honda Civic leads 2,000 lb class at 29.1 mpg while MG Midget at 21.7 mpg is worst in that weight group. Drug Informer Slain in Lafayette Bar Shooting
A 22 year old drug user turned informer named Bill Cummings was shot in the back while sitting at a table in Hen House Lounge Lafayette and died at Lafayette hospital.
